I observe the following time and again

Skin in the Game
Economist and Nobel laureate Paul Krugman once wrote that the world could go down in a hundred ways in the next three months. Bad news or capricious market assessments are always possible in the short term and cloud the view of the future. Staying passive and sleeping peacefully on the cushion of your savings account is one solution, but sleep is not free. Inflation eats up part of the assets and robs purchasing power. Probably with the vast majority of people, I don't have the time, experience or expertise to deal with the markets myself.
Being able to invest together with leading experts gives me the assurance that my retirement capital is invested just as conscientiously. That's real fiduciary responsibility in action. Co-investing is having skin in the game in the best sense; nothing but fair.
